Anything you can pick-up in the game is classed as an 'item'. They are then divided into further classes. All items can be dropped by monsters, except for herbs and mined items.

[edit] Axes
Axes decide your base attack and attack speed. They can be normal; magical - having a special effect and adding one point to a skill; or golden - having a special effect and adding three points, spread across up to three skills.

Amulets decide your base magic and spell damage. They can be normal; magical - having a special effect and adding one point to a skill; or golden - having a special effect and adding three points, spread across up to three skills.

Parkas decide your base defense and stamina. They can be normal; magical - having a special effect and adding one point to a skill; or golden - having a special effect and adding three points, spread across up to three skills.
[edit] Super Magical Glasses
You start off with normal glasses, but can buy Magic Glasses from The Magic Box in The Haunted Highway. These are fitted with the various lenses you collect, for beneficial effects. See Lenscrafting for more information.

Artifacts are special axes, amulets and parkas, mostly related to a specific forum member, or featuring a pun.

[edit] Junk Items
Junk items are specific to the monster that drops them. They are mainly used for crafting.
[edit] Naturally Occurring
These items are not dropped by slain monsters, but appear on their own in the game world.
[edit] Herbs
There are 6 herbs in Loonyland 2, which can be mixed into potions at a cauldron, once you have the Alchemy:
Asbestos - This is found by digging lumps of snow.
Bubbleweed - This is found next to water.
Cilantro - This is found anywhere any of the other herbs grow
Devilgrass - This is found inside of caves
Elderberry - This is found on sides of cliffs
Frostbane - This is found in general areas, any outdoors place without any Asbestos or Elderberries.

These items can be found when you dig a crack in the ground, by jumping on it whilst having a shovel. You find them more often, the higher your Mining.
