The Evil Clone is a type of monster found in Dr. Lunatic, Dr. Lunatic Supreme With Cheese and Sleepless Hollow. It's primarily a Badguy-, Wacky- and Human-class monster. In Sleepless Hollow, these monsters are named Your Bad Side, and have the exact same amount of life and hammer damage that the player does, whatever that may be depending on the player's level.
The Evil Clone is the splitting image of Bouapha, the only exclusion being a different colored shirt. The Evil Clone is equipped with a red hammer that throws grey hammer projectiles which always bounce off walls but have only half the range as a normal hammer projectile. The Evil Clone also uses distorted versions of the sounds Bouapha uses.

| Scan Text: | I wanted something more Bouaphaey than MechaBouapha, so here comes the Evil Clone! They even have the exact same amount of life as Bouapha himself - 128 (for reference, Bouapha's hammers inflict 5 damage, and a Mama Spider has 200 life). I had considered letting them throw red hammers instead of the evil grey ones, but it was simpler to use the grey ones, and less confusing for the player. They also originally used Bouapha's own sounds, but it was very disorienting every time you defeated one! |
